He also spent a number of years in Hong Kong, responsible for the development and launch of the regional ETF business for Vanguard in Asia.

Douglas holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation with the American College, an M.B.A from Villanova University, his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and is a registered Options and General Securities Principal with FINRA.

Bryan Moore joined Harbor in 2021 as the Head of ETF Capital Markets. With over 20 years of experience in the ETF industry, Bryan has held key roles in trading and managing ETF desks at major banks across the U.S. and has also worked in Capital Markets in both the U.S. and Canada. His career has spanned various aspects of the ETF ecosystem, from portfolio trading to sales and distribution. Most recently, Bryan has concentrated on distribution in the Central South region, focusing on Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and institutional clients.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University in Chicago and is currently based in Philadelphia.

Paul is the Head of ETF Issuer Services at GTS and has been with the firm since 2019. He has been in the industry since 1999, beginning his career at The Vanguard Group. He has been involved in ETFs since 2004 while working at Susquehanna in various trading/market making roles including as Specialist of SPY & DIA on the PHLX, and has also worked at the ETF sponsor Pacer in a distribution/sales/capital markets capacity. At GTS he works with investment management clients wishing to launch ETFs via GTS' Lead Market Making/Seed Capital/Global Portfolio Trading services across Exchanges and product structures (Active, Passive, Transparent, Semi-Transparent) as well as Asset Class (Equity, Fixed Income, Long/Short, Equity + Options Overlay, Commodity, etc).

Paul graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Economics and has an MBA in Finance from Villanova University, where he has served as an Adjunct Professor of Finance teaching "Derivatives and Options" coursework in the past.

As Managing Director on the ETF Servicing team, Tim Huver brings extensive product and distribution experience to BBH from a variety of asset management roles across U.S. and international markets. Before joining BBH in 2023, Tim spent over 20 years at Vanguard, predominantly in leadership roles within ETF Product and Sales development and distribution for platforms in the U.S., Canadian, Latin American, and European markets. He served as Vanguard’s Head of Product for the Americas, leading regional product teams, before becoming the Head of Distribution for Vanguard Investments Canada. In his leadership role in distribution, Tim was responsible for advancing product adoption with institutions and financial advisors across the country. During his tenure in Europe, he managed the launch of Vanguard’s UCITS ETF platform. He has also held product roles in the U.S., driving ETF growth through product and capital markets initiatives as a Senior ETF Product Manager. Tim earned a B.S. in marketing from Saint Joseph's University and holds an MBA from Drexel University.

Inkoo joined Grayscale Investments in November 2021 to help build out all the core functions and capabilities of an ETF issuer with a key focus on product development and management. Since joining Grayscale, Inkoo has been intimately involved in the design and operational workflows for digital assets exposures in the ETF wrapper, and he continues to be involved in the daily operations for Grayscale’s flagship products such as the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust.

Inkoo currently leads many of the efforts for product ideation and development at Grayscale Investments, and most recently worked on the initiative for bringing Grayscale’s Crypto Sectors to market in October of 2023. With the digital assets space evolving as quickly as it ever has, he is constantly focused on bringing clients with best-in-class investment tools to fit a wide variety of demands and investment outcomes.

With more than 13 years of experience in the ETF industry, Inkoo has been involved in almost every pillar of the ETF Issuer. Prior to Grayscale, Inkoo spent nearly a decade at Direxion Funds with roles ranging from Portfolio Management and Implementation, Capital Markets, and Product Development.

Inkoo holds a B.S. in Finance from Elon University.

Jeff Park is the Head of Alpha Strategies and Portfolio Manager at Bitwise Asset Management, one of the world’s largest crypto-specialist asset managers. Bitwise provides a range of investment solutions, along with industry-leading research and a nationwide team of relationship managers, to help clients navigate the opportunities in crypto. Prior to Bitwise, he was a Partner at Corbin Capital Partners, a multi-billion alternative asset management firm that specializes in multi-strategy hedge fund and opportunistic credit investing, where he led the firm’s digital asset investing efforts. Before Corbin, Jeff was a Senior Associate at the Harvard Management Company focused on US Corporate Credit, and before that, was an Exotic Equity Derivatives trader at Morgan Stanley in New York. He is a graduate of Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics and International Relations, and is a CFA charterholder since 2013.

Jamie Patturelli is currently a Director of Exchange Traded Products at the New York Stock Exchange, where he supports the delivery of customized, full service end-to-end capabilities for Exchange Traded Product, Closed End Fund, and Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) issuers.
