US equites are bouncing around today as the market digests key earnings from last night and gets hit with a flurry of conflicting and then clarifying tariff headlines. The S&P 500 has been moving around either side of unchanged and is currently down about 0.2%. Futures had been trading higher overnight following a solid round of tech earnings but backed off following an economic data dump and tariff headlines. The Dow is seeing outperformance as the weakness in its Tech components is being more than offset by strength across the other sectors/components.
